MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellations & no-shows

• You can cancel your class up to 6 hours before it starts.

• You have 1 free no-show per month. From the second one onwards, the class will be counted as used.

• If you’re on an unlimited plan (Addict), from the second no-show of the month, a €10 fee will be charged per missed class.

 

Bookings

• Your membership allows you to book one class per day, depending on your plan and class availability.

Auto-renewal

• Your membership renews automatically every 30 days, charging the card you used when signing up.

Minimum commitment

• All memberships have a minimum commitment of 3 months (allows pauses).

Pausing your membership

• You can pause your membership for up to 3 months per year, it can be done even if the minimum commitment hasn't been completed.

• Just email us at hola@radistudios.com at least 15 days in advance.

• Pauses apply in full-month blocks, and your membership will automatically resume afterwards.

 

Cancelling your membership

• Once the minimum commitment is completed, you can cancel your membership with at least 15 days’ notice before the next renewal.

• If you cancel later than that, it will take effect in the following billing cycle.

• If you cancel before completing the 3-month minimum, a penalty of 50% of the monthly fee will be applied for the remaining months.
